Had an issue with my bleed and feed system, Mike and the guys were extremely helpful and took the time to talk to me about the issue. They fixed the problem and made me feel like a valued customer, I will definitely only use Platinum for any air system I need in the future. Thanks Mike.

Front and rear air ride on the Softail, took it to Sturgis and back from Chicago Illinois, it was a great ride!! If I ever get another bike I’ll definitely be coming back to them!

Great company and great product!!!! Highly recommend and great customer service over tighten the switches called in and he offered to work with me on a new wiring harness But told him I could rewire the switches if I could just get the switches and he sent me two new ones even offered to pay for them and he said don’t worry about it

Got the bleed/feed system for my ‘07 Hayabusa. Worth every penny! It’s like having a brand new bike that rides exactly how I want- no matter how I want it from ride to ride. After installation I had a few noob questions about operation and they were answered immediately and completely. Can’t say enough great things about this company!

The staff was helpful ; Although the shocks were 1/2 inch too long they were easily modified by shorting the rod end. Shocks have been on the bike now for 4 months and they work great !

This suspension system the answer to me need. I have the freedom to adjust on the fly and to adjust from a single rider to having a passenger with ease. I have no worries dragging my undertail after setting the lowering links up with no air in the shock to make sure there is clearance. This setup will turn heads to the unsuspecting passersby and friends. Great product, easy install and great ride.

I have a 2014 street glide special with platinum system and recently the air compressor mount cracked. I contacted Mike sent him some photos, next thing I know he was sending me a replacement mount. I have been enjoying the comfort and reliability of my platinum system on my bike, and I can't say enough good things about the product and service you receive. It is great knowing that there is a business still doing it old school they back there product and all I can say it's the best.

I cannot comment on ride just build quality and level or service. Mike was good to deal with and answered all questions I had. Not new at all to air ride on Harley, so once in hand I was very impressed at the build quality. flawless anodizing, full billet with spherical bearings at the mounts. During testing the raise and lower very well and do nicely on a fairly large volume tank hitting them pretty hard immediately upon pushing the up switch. So far I think I made a great choice.

I had very good communication with Mike, I bought it and picked it up at the warehouse, I told Mike that the kit was going to Mexico City, he gave me pictures along with the detailed instructions. My uncle got the kit and he installed on his boulevard m109 motorcycle, he had no problems with the installation. He is very happy with the kit.

I was a little bit skeptical about how air suspension would ride vs traditional shock. The bleed and feed system is not only more comfortable of a ride but makes the bike look very nice with the height adjustment. I recommend Platinum air suspension to anyone looking into air ride for their motorcycle.
